Comparison Between Prophylactic use of Atropine and Glycopyrolate in Prevention of Spinal Induced Hypotension in Patients Undergoing C-Section

Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy atropine and glycopyrrolate in reducing risk hypotension caused by spinal anesthesia patients undergoing caesarean sections. Methods: After ethical approval from institution review board, randomized control was carried out at Liaqat national hospital medical college. 332 pregnant women a row who had chosen have section were enlisted through non-probability consecutive sampling technique. Subjects randomly assigned one two groups 166 using computer-generated randomization tables. Group A Patients received intravenous dose 0.01mg/kg before inducing anesthesia.
